Founded by Paul and Fiona Arthurs, The Carlton Center is a not-for-profit faith-based organization whose purpose is to uplift and empower youth and families in an effort to enhance their quality of life. The Carlton Center aims to empower families by healing relationships and transforming lives and to live a better story.
The Carlton Center is named after Pastor Carlton Arthurs who has had a tremendous impact on families in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years.
Since opening it's doors, The Carlton Center has provided support to teens on probation by providing an alternative to court. We believe that addressing mental health and personal development and healing of family relationships, recidivism is lowered. We have a holistic approach to helping our teens. The Carlton Center has also worked with women who are in a work-release program by providing individual and family counseling as they are reunited with her mother, sister, or daughter.
